Hey guys, Ive got the Pigskin 621 with the monitor scrolling problem. I just wanted to let you know that I got it working! I hooked the horizontal sync and vertical sync up backwards and its working great! I dont know if maybe the board was wired/marked wrong or what but this fixed the problem! Thank you very much for your help!
