X-Men vs. Street fighter Schematic

Question from Guy: Hello, hoping to find a place I can get a copy of the CRT schematic for X-Men vs. Street Fighter. There are shorts in the video and we are having trouble repairing it. Any help would be appreciated. Great website by the way! Guy from Indianapolis, IN

Response from Jonathan: Guy,

Unfortunately X-Men vs. Street Fighter was a kit games which means it was used in several different types of arcade cabinets and with a variety of different arcade monitors. This means that there is not one “universal” monitor that was used for X-Men vs. Street Fighter. You will need to look at the monitor chassis in your particular arcade cabinet and determine the make/model of it in order to find a schematic. Check to see if you can find some identifying markings on the chassis that might give us an idea of who made it. Look for a label or some screen printing on the chassis as these can help you identify it. You can also try comparing your monitor chassis to the pictures that our friend Bob Roberts has on his What’s My Monitor page. Try to find one that’s at least similar if not the same as yours. Let us know what you find and we’ll try to help you out further.

Hope that helps. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
