Question from Art: I have bought a machine arcade game called are 51, when I bought it it was working fine after a week later the screen went black with a horizontal line across the screen, I was told by the person that I bought this from that it was a chassis problem and took the part and sent it to Dallas tx to get it repaired, well it took almost 2 months to get this ” fixed ” and then the same guy received and installed back on the machine and after the install of this new reconditioned part still has the horizontal line,you can hear the game and see movement on the line ther but it still broke……
What is your diagnostic on this? Do you think is the monitor?
Or what else can it be
