Question from Joel: Hello,

I had a question and I hope that you can help me out I have some arcades that I have bought and several of them have lines that run across them and the screen looks bright. Does this seem to be a cap kit issue or something else, the promblem is there are no repair shops near by where I live. So I hope that I can fix the issues with the help of a freind.
