Question from Brady: I have a JVL Vortex that keeps giving a “no signal” error while playing the games and then the machine reboots. This only happens while playing games and not while in the operator setup menu. I spoke to JVL tech support and they had me replace a bad cooling fan and check and clean the connectors on the board, but it did not resolve the problem. They seem to think may be a bad capacitor on the board. Can u guys take a look at the board and repair it? If so what would be the turnaround time and estimated cost to fix it? I’m located in Kentucky.
