Color bleeding video
Question from Stephen: Hey guys,
This is Stephen from Mississippi. I left a ridiculously long voice mail about my problem with the red bleeding to the right (sorry about that). I thought I would send a video to show you as well. I can adjust the bleeding out but the red is so dark it looks brown or reddish black. Do you think a cap kit would fix this or is it something else. I don’t think it is the convergence rings, do you?

First off, sorry for the slow response. We have been really busy working on our own projects lately and are just now getting around to answering questions. I do remember getting your voicemail but I can’t remember if I got a hold of you or not so I’m sending you this email reply just in case.
Based on your description, we would recommend starting out with a cap kit to see if it helps the problem. These types of color issues can also be related to a tube going out. You could try using a tube rejuvenator on it to see if that helps as well. This is probably not a convergence rings problem so don’t touch them unless you’re unhappy with the color alignment.
