Response from Jonathan: You can use a television with an arcade board but you will need some sort of RGB to NTSC video adapter in order to get it to work. You could build your own (see this article on Engadget for more info) or you could buy this one from Paradise Arcade Shop. Of course, your television will need a component input for this board to work. They also have a composite (i.e. yellow video output) version of this board that will work as well if your TV does not have component output.

Just as a side note: we always recommend using an actual arcade monitor if at all possible as this will give you the most authentic experience.
