Big Buck World 27″” Screen “”Dead Spot””

Question from Miles: Hi,

I am helping a buddy troubleshoot a Big Buck Hunter World 27″ game. The game will not register shots on the very left hand side of the screen, can you suggest some things to adjust. He also says that the color on the screen used to be much crisper.
