Question from Jack: Hello, I recently got an Asteroids Cocktail from a friend and it needs some care. I searched online and found you, so I hope you can help. The machine is in great working order but the monitor needs a little TLC. The bullets appear on screen but not the ship or asteroids. The game is playing and audio works great. The monitor seems to fade over time as well. I had an Asteroids upright in college many years ago and had to give it away because the monitor went out. I’m so glad to have another machine but I’m a bit too nervous to work on it myself because the caps can hold such a charge and I don’t really know what I’m doing. I bet the problem is a fuse or something simple, but even though I studied electrical engineering, it was all DSP so I am useless on these boards 🙂 Can you please help? Do you know of someone I can hire in the San Francisco/Bay Area? Thanks, Jack
