Unfortunately it’s hard to find direct replacements for these wico leaf joysticks. We usually try to repair them if possible. Check out our post on Repairing Joystick Switch Issues for more information.

With that said, there are some retailers who sell leaf switch joystick. You might check with GroovyGameGear.com as they sell about 4 different leaf switch joysticks. Hopefully one of their models will fit your Super Contra cabinet. MikesArcade.com also sells a leaf switch joystick but I believe this one is mostly for classic arcade games such as Pac Man and only supports 4 directions. Of course, you can look for some on eBay or on some of the different arcade forums but the demand for them is high so expect the price to be high as well.
