Question from Wise: Hi there, I have recently bought a Taiko No Tatsujin Arcade 14 (100V Japanese version). The CRT monitor doesn’t work on arrival (but I got a picture proof that it was working in the Japan warehouse before the shipment). If I use my own monitor and plug in to the VGA port, I can play the game fine, indicating it’s a monitor issue. May you take a look of the issue and have an estimated price of repairing? Unfortunately we are not currently taking any monitor repairs but we do have several people we recommend. Chad at arcadecup.com is a very reputable guy and has a pretty fast turn around time. You could also contact our friend Arthur at highscoresrepair.com. He has answered several questions on our Facebook page in the past and definitely knows what he’s doing. There is a list of additional monitor repair technicians on our resources page under the Monitor Repair Services & Information heading as well.
