Gorf arcade game
Question from David: Greetings. I am in the process of trying to obtain a Gorf upright to restore although I have not had any luck locating anything in my price range or in my area. I live in Texas and everything I have seen online is out of state and pretty far away. Would you guys happen to know where I can obtain plans to build my own Gorf cabinet? If I had the measurements, I could definitely build my own. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately we do not know of any place on the web where you can find plans to build a Gorf cabinet. The good news is that Texas has a very vibrant arcade collecting community that I’m sure would be willing to help you locate a cabinet if you ask around. There’s a group on Facebook called the DFW Pinball, Arcades & Coin Op Classifieds group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/173543789466215/) that you can post in to let them know what you are looking for. You could also try joining the KLOV forums (http://forums.arcade-museum.com) and posting what you are looking for in the Trading: Videogame – Wanted forum. There are many Texas collectors who hang out on KLOV so hopefully someone will chime in. Try those and let us know if we can assist you further. Hope that helps.
