Response from Jonathan: Janelle,
In order to give any kind of estimate, we need to have an idea of the symptoms your games are experiencing. Here are a couple of questions you might consider. Are the games dead (i.e. no picture, no sound, no signs of life)? Can you hear the game sounds but see nothing on the screen? Is the screen scrambled or one solid color? Are the lights coming on the game (i.e. marquee light, coin lights, etc.)? Answering these questions should give us a better idea of the problems that are occurring with your games. Pictures are very helpful as well so you might send some over if you get a chance.
Also, please understand that we only do on-site repairs locally (we are located in Texas). We don’t mind giving you a rough estimate for the repairs to your games but please know that the price we quote may vary depending on the person or company that comes out to do the actual repair. If you need help finding someone to repair your games, please let us know and we’ll try to help you track someone down in your area. Sometimes finding someone in your area can be quite a task. This is why we created our website so that we could teach people to work on their own games. Of course, we completely understand if you are uncomfortable with this and we’ll try to help you out as best as we can.
Hope that helps. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
