From your picture, it looks like you are having some board issues. You might start off this repair by trying some of the tips we discuss in our post on Inspecting An Arcade Board. This post gives you some general tips that might help you get your board back up and running. For more Galaga specific information, our friend Raymond at ArcadeComponents.com has a document called the Galaga Renewal Kit that gives you some great information on the different parts that fail on Galaga boards and how to repair / replace them. He did sell a kit that went along with this document but I believe he’s out of stock at the moment (you might try contacting him if you’re interested in installing it yourself or if you want him to do it for you) but you should be able to find many of the parts from the retailers we have listed under the Electronic Components Distributors heading on our resources page.
