CRT to LCD conversion
Question from Bryan: I have a Pac-Man arcade game that has no monitor. I am trying to use a Vision Pro LCD as a replacement but the screen comes on with all the words and part of the maze reversed. All sound power controls work. I know on the CRT you could adjust the yoke but I’m lost on this. Please help. Thank you for your time. Bryan

Interesting. Have you tried going through the on screen menu to see if there’s a setting that could be causing this issue? You might also try hooking up a regular computer to the LCD to see if the picture is correct. If this problem persists, you might get back to us with the model information so we can help you troubleshoot this further.
It might also be worth taking the time to contact the entity that you bought the monitor from to get their thoughts on the problem. Of course, Suzo/Happ supports Vision Pro monitors so you might try contacting them as well to see if they have any ideas on how to resolve your issue. Some Vision Pro monitors have been known to have “secret” menus that allow you to change certain settings. Suzo/Happ should be able to help you access this menu on your monitor if they think it will help fix the problem.
