The type of switching power supply for a particular arcade game is usually determined by how much amperage the game board requires to function properly. Most standard arcade boards (like Viper Phase 1) should use a switching power supply such as this one from Holland Computers:

Newer games, like your Golden Tee and pretty much any game that uses a hard drive, usually require an ATX-style power supply as they have a higher amperage requirement. Hope that helps.
