You are probably going to need to drill out the lock to gain access to the cabinet. You can try contacting a locksmith in your area to see if they can open it but they will have a hard time opening it as well if the lock is indeed jammed. A good one may be able to get it open but it will cost some money and you’re probably going to need to replace the lock any way since it sounds like it is damaged. Of course, the choice is up to you. Hope that helps.
