Hello! Technical and Cabinet Repair How to Guides
Question from Chuck: Hi Guys!
I just wanted to say that your websites are extremely awesome and helpful! You guys by far have the best info on the web~
I am very new to the arcade restoration process but I think I have a new hobby now – I have eight cabinets that I have purchased (5 work or parially work and 3 are parts/need a lot of work cabs). I saw a page on your website that said “Techincal Repair” and “Cabinet Repair” How to Guides. I would love to read these but I can’t seem to find the links on your website.
I would be extremely greatful it one of you guys could send me these repair guides via email or provide a link.
Thank you again for your time – Keep up the excellent work!!!
Chuck

Response from Jonathan: Chuck,
Just to give you a bit of history, we actually started Tim’s Arcade Restoration before we started Arcade Repair Tips. When we set up the “Technical Repair” and “Cabinet Repair” sections of Tim’s Arcade Restoration, we thought it would be a place where we could write some general posts on repairing arcade games. We eventually decided that it would be better to dedicate a whole site to this topic rather than just a section and so Arcade Repair Tips was born. As such, all of the material that was going to be placed there was moved to our Arcade Repair Tips site. Hopefully you can find most of the material you’re looking for there.
Of course, if you have any questions that are not addressed on our site you can always contact us directly. We also take requests for posts and videos if there is something specific you want addressed. Thanks for your email and good luck with your future repairs.
