It looks a lot like a bootleg Pac Man board. In case you are not familiar with them, bootleg boards are unauthorized reproduction boards that operate similarly to the original game boards but were not made by Midway (the original manufacturer). Many operators back in the day bought these boards instead because they were often much cheaper than the original boards.
