Question from Scott: I purchased my first machine, an old knuckle bash stand up. It worked fine at first, and now when I power it up, it just continuesly resets itself and you hear a clicking sound. It use to do it every 30 seconds or so, but now it is continious. How do I troubleshoot this.

Response from Tim: Welcome to the madness and congratulations on your first purchase! One of the first things we check when a game is resetting is the voltage coming from the power supply. Do you have a multimeter? Make sure the +12vdc and the +5vdc are as close as possible. There is a video on our site on how to do this.
