Read out on power source
Question from Alex: What should my read out on my power source read?

Response from Jonathan: Alex,
You have a newer style power supply with the digital readout which makes it very easy to see if it’s getting the correct voltage. The digital readout should be reading about 5.0. A little high or a little low should be ok. Even though you do have this digital readout, you might still want to check your voltages with a multimeter. You can see our video on Checking And Replacing A Power Supply for more information on that. I am also curious if you are getting sound when you turn the game on. If you’re getting sound then you know you’re board is getting power. Also, I noticed that you have a green wire going to your -5 VDC on your power supply. In my experience the -5 wire on a JAMMA harness is usually white but it could just be that you have a different style JAMMA harness that I’m used to. Anyways, check your power and let me know if you are getting any sound. Thanks.
