centipede arcade problem (blue screen)
Question from Brad: Hello guys
hoping you can help me out here, at least give me some direction.
I have a centipede game that when you power it up it comes on with a solid blue screen (no sound) if I remember correctly it didnt make sound untill you put a quarter in. Could you (in laymens terms) maybe give me an order of things to check, any help would be appreciated.
I also have a joust game that powers up and gives me ram 13 error after its checks and when the screen comes on it has a dotted line that runs down the right side of the moniter, is this a chip?
any help on these would be greatly appreciated

Response from Tim: Hey Brad sounds like you a have a board issue or more than likely your AR board is bad. There are test points on that board you can check to see if the voltage is good.

Only thing that would make it your monitor is if the game coined up and played blind.
