Response from Jonathan: A slanted picture like the one you are experiencing can usually be adjusted out. You might try turning the potentiometers (or pots) for the vertical and horizontal hold/sync to see if it makes a difference in your picture. If it doesn’t, you may need to adjust the B+ voltage pot as well. It could be a problem with some parts on your monitor chassis but considering how good your picture looks I would be reluctant to jump to that conclusion. Hope that helps.
