Response from Jonathan: Sounds like you might have a grounding issue with your control panel. In order for the switches and joystick on your control panel to work, they must have an activation wire (for the correct action) and a ground wire going to them. Ground wires are typically daisy chained together. This means that if there is a break in the chain somewhere, all buttons that are wired after the break will not function properly. Another possibility is that you could have an issue with your board. While this could be the case, it’s not as common as a disconnected ground wire on your control panel. Good news is that these 60-in-1 boards are relatively cheap (somewhere between $80-$60 shipped depending on where you buy them). If you feel confident that the issue is not in the control panel or power supply (always a good idea to make sure you are getting good voltage to the board), you might try ordering a new board.
