Bally X’s & O’s , 1984
Question from Andras: HI! Today I found your videos on YouTube. Sooo nice, keep up the good work. 🙂 A few weeks back I bought a Bally X’s & O’s pinball from 1984. 🙂 I really like these machines. When I was young, I spent a lot money on them. 🙂 It’s a working piece with few errors. Only the head glass is missing but the mechanical parts look good. Now I just need to study on how can I repair it because this is my first pinball. Now I went into the self test and I know what is what on it. I already download the manual for it and that’s a big help but it’s saying error 15 which means TILT but it looks good. The wires are OK, the hanging weight is not touch the ring, and all switches are open. What can be the problem? What should I check first? I changed all the fuses and checked the wire connections. I attach a picture from the tilt mechanism. I hope it should looks like this. 🙂 Thank for the help or any ideas on how to save this machine. After all, it’s older then my girlfriend. 😀 😀 Have a nice day. Andras from Hungary
