Looks like a bootleg Nintendo board of some sort. Perhaps a Donkey Kong or Donkey Kong Jr. board. Please keep in mind that everything I’m telling you on all of these boards are just my guesses. The best way to know what they are is to hook them up in a cabinet and see what they do. Hope that helps.
