Usually this would be set by adjusting the dip switches on the game board. We have a post on our web site on Adjusting Dip Switch Settings On A Board that will give you more information on how to do this. As you can see from this link: http://www.mikesarcade.com/cgi-bin/spies.cgi?action=url&type=dip&page=WWF.txt, there is not a dip switch for free play on your particular game board.

The best alternative is to wire up a credit button that basically trips the coin switch when you press it thus simulating a coin being inserted.
