In order to remove the control panel on most games, you will need to reach up through the coin door and unhook the latches that are holding it in place. We talk a bit about this in our post on Opening An Arcade Cabinet which we recommend you check out. While some games have the board and power supply mounted to a board attached to the control panel, there are many cabinets where you will need to open the back of the game in order to gain access to these items. In other words, accessing the parts inside your cabinet really depends on the cabinet itself. Hope that helps.
