Question from Rick: Ibought this game last month the game is in pristine condition and worked perfectly now the blue background on the toshiba 13 in monitor turned pink, sometimes it fiickers back and forth to blue but now its mainly pink any ideas the game is still playable but will it do damage to the monitor and what should i do to repair it. any input would be appreciated thank you rick

The good news is that it should do any damage to the monitor to continue playing it in it’s current state. The bad news is that this sounds more like a board issue than a monitor issue. You said that it’s just the background that’s changing color. If the other objects on the screen still have the correct colors then that does sound more like a board issue. You could try cleaning and touching up some loose solder joints on your board. You could also check your power supply to make sure it’s getting good voltage. Bad voltage can definitely cause some weird issues.
If other things besides the background on your monitor are changing colors then we might need to start looking at the monitor. For right now, focus on getting the power supply voltage correct and making sure your board is in good condition.
