Question from Jason: All:
I have a polo 25 installed in my KI2 machine and while the picture and color is just about perfect (need to adjust the red down a hair but not a big deal) however the v-hold is stretched and no matter how I adjust it I cannot get it to fit onto the monitor and I have no idea what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Response from Jonathan: Jason,
Are you talking about the vertical size (up and down) or the horizontal size (left to right)? If you are talking about the vertical size then there should be an adjustment on your monitor to correct it with the rest of the adjustments. If you are talking about the horizontal size, however, you might need to adjust the horizontal width coil. It usually looks like a white plastic cone with a spring around the bottom. You can adjust it either with an Allen wrench or a TV alignment tool. Be very careful as these are usually located in a section with high voltage.
