Question from Dave: Hey guys, I have recently have found you on the internet and have been quite excited to learn more about arcade repair. My friend just purchased an MvC2 cabinet (actually a Killer Instinct cabinet with MvC2 inside) in great condition and tested it out, and everything worked perfectly before transport. After it was set up in his house he has been having a horizontal and vertical scrolling problems. We were able to mess with the h and v hold etc and it helps get it close to working normal, but still with just slower scrolling. Over time it gets worse, it seems like the petrometer settings keep changing, although the dials are not moving. What else could cause this issue? On a side note, when adjusting the jamma harness to confirm connections (and even test other games jamma compatible) it still has the same problems, but we do notice that when some cables are wiggling it causes the scrolling to worsen. Im guessing there may be a connection issues with cabling that may have been wiggled loose during transport (in a large SUV), lemme know what you think or where I should start and or if it is cabling, what I should be looking for and or troubleshoot?
