Are you able to work on a Nanao 2931 monitor?

I had it hooked to my computer via the d-sub connector and set it to a really low rez 320xsomething because I have an ArcadeVGA card. The monitor wouldn’t support the resolution and the screen got all garbled. I panicked and attempted to adjust the vert/horiz width and the monitor went POP. It will not power up now.

I was told that the majority of monitor problems are in the chassis so I was writing to see if you think this is something you can repair?
