Response from Jonathan: Nicholas,

It sounds like your Ms. Pac Man is having some board issues. We recommend starting off your repair by checking out our post on Inspecting An Arcade Board and doing some of the steps that we outline in that article and video. The nice thing about troubleshooting Pac Man and Ms. Pac Man games is that there are several resources out there since they were both so popular. The following resources will help you in your troubleshooting efforts:

Lawnmowerman’s Pac Man Page – http://lawnmowerman.rotheblog.com/
MikesArcade.com Pacman Troubleshooting – https://www.mikesarcade.com/arcade/pactrouble.html
Pac Man Guide V 1.0 (Arcade Archive) – http://arcarc.xmission.com/Tech/Pac-Man%20Guide%20V1.0%20(7%20Feb%2003).pdf

Of course, please contact us again if you have any additional questions. You might also send us a picture or video of your issue so that we can help you troubleshoot it further. Hope that helps. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
