Ms. Pac Man
Question from Diane: I have a home use Ms. Pac Man machine that I purchased in 2005. It is not working. I’m not sure when it stopped working, but I have cycled the wall plug and also the on/off switch on the back of the machine and nothing. No power. It is a very gently used machine and I would like to get it operating. Any suggestions? Diane

Response from Jonathan: Diane,
We recommend starting off your repair by reading a post on our web site entitled Basic Troubleshooting Of An Arcade Game. This post should give you an idea on how to identify where the problems might be occurring with your arcade cabinet. From there, we recommend going through all of the posts on our web site by skill level. You’ll notice on the right hand side of the page that there is a Skill Level heading that contains 4 links (Beginner through Expert). Start with the beginner posts and work your way up from there. If you don’t understand something, you might read/watch the material again or you can always contact us if you have any specific questions with your repair and we’ll try to help you out.
Warning up front, arcade repair can be a frustrating experience sometimes but we would encourage you to push through those trying times as the reward is definitely worth the effort. Again, feel free to contact us again if you have any questions regarding your specific project.
Hope that helps. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
