Question from Jacob: I just picked up a non working NBA Jam machine for $200 because it’s the same cabinet that the TMNT game uses (I just plan to pop in my TMNT board and do the TMNT marquee and control panel art). I also have the TMNT PCB board. I need your help and will be more than happy to pay you whatever you need for your time to come and help with this. Here’s what all I need:

1. A piece of metal trim that holds the front glass in place from the bottom (held in with 2 screws I guess?) This can wait but if you happen to have the part, I’ll buy it from you.

2. I need a harness that will work for the TMNT board (the NBA Jam harness doesnt have built in sound, its a separate harness. I guess we just need to rewire the audio to the main jamma connector?)

3. With the machine as is (w/the NBA JAM board) I don’t get any video. The system powers up, marquee lights up and, according to the seller, the “neck of the monitor tube glows” but thats it. Maybe a simple fix. May need a new monitor? Maybe just a recap?

Here’s the original description from where I bought it, take it for what it is: 4 Player NBA Jam Arcade machine not working. It’s complete and was working then stopped. Could be an easy fix for someone. Marquee lights up, monitor has slight glow in the neck, no game sounds. Cabinet is solid and all black with Small NBA Jam Artwork in good condition.
