Question from Caleb: I was hoping I could ask a quick question about a monitor for a 4 slot Neo Geo, please. The monitor does this, kind of strobing effect when there is moving white on the screen. For instance, on King of Fighters 94 there is a spinning white envelope on the intro on a black background. When showing this the screen hops up and down slightly. It does it on other things like on explosions on Metal Slug. But doesn’t do it anytime else, not even for the “Neo Geo” splash screen when it cycles back through the games.

Can you give me advice please?

Thanks for your time!
Caleb
