Response from Jonathan: There are usually two different things that can cause this issue. The first is that there’s a problem with the cable or wiring coming from the board to the monitor. While this could be the problem, it’s probably more related to the board not getting the correct power and as such is not putting out a picture to the arcade monitor. We would recommend checking your power supply to make sure it is getting the correct voltage.
