Response from Jonathan: From the picture, it looks like your monitor is getting power. We would probably start off by looking at the wiring harness to make sure that the video output wires going from the board to the monitor chassis are connected correctly. You might also touch up the solder on the pins on the monitor chassis where this connection is being made. Your issue could be related to the board but that’s pretty rare. Hope that helps.
