From your description, it sounds like you either have a board or a power supply issue. We always recommend starting with the power supply as this is a common point of failure. You will need to purchase a multimeter in order to check the power. The good news is that multimeters are fairly cheap and can be purchased at most major electronics retailers. Another good tip is to look through the manual for Phoenix. If you don’t have one, you should be able to find one by doing a internet search. The manual can tell you some valuable information about what types of voltages you should be getting on what pins on your harness. Please let us know once you have determined that your power supply is sending the correct voltage to the board and we’ll help you troubleshoot more from that point.
