While I don’t have a lot of experience restoring pinball back glass, a good friend of ours has does several with amazing results. He likes to repaint the back glass using water based paint and then seals it with a clear coat. I’ve seen at least 3 of his restorations and his finished product looks like it came off the factory floor. I would think the toughest part is matching the original colors on the back glass. The rest should be pretty simple as long as most of the back glass is still in tact.
