Please help
Question from Kevin: Hi and thank you for all the info you provide us with. I have a question, I recently got a CP System III Street Fighter to be exact but the back of the black box under the crd main board which regulates the fucus emits a spark of electricity of a blue light. Im uploading a video now. At times it will stop but most of the time it does it constantly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your flyback is bad on your monitor chassis. You’ll need to determine what kind of monitor chassis you have and order another one. Our friend Bob Roberts has a What’s My Monitor page that can help you identify your monitor. You might also be able to order the flyback from him directly depending on what monitor you have. Another thing to keep in mind is that the Horizontal Output Transistor (or HOT) might have also gone bad since the flyback is bad. It might be a good idea to order one of those as well. If you would like more information on replacing flybacks and HOTs, we have two videos on our Volume 2 DVD that cover these issues in more detail. If you don’t feel comfortable doing these type of repairs yourself, check out the Monitor Repair section of our resources page. We provide links to several qualified people who work on arcade monitors. All you have to do is remove your monitor chassis, ship it off to them and then install it when it comes back. Repair fees usually run about $100-$200 depending on the repairs needed. Please check with them for a more accurate estimate.
