Let me add one more comment concerning your particular problem. Sometimes when people wire cabinets JAMMA they forget to wire up the test and service buttons. This could be the case with your particular cabinet since you are having trouble finding these buttons. In this case, you might need to run these wires and install these buttons yourself. We like to use a button mount like this one from eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/TEST-SWITCH-FOR-ARCADE-WITH-3-BUTTONS-AND-BRACKET-/400585074604?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d44bb27ac. Basically you install this bracket in your cabinet then run the test and service wires (along with some ground wires) from your JAMMA harness to these buttons. Once you do that, you should be able to enter the test mode and service credit the game with no problems. Make sure you review our posts/videos on the JAMMA wiring standard and the JAMMA pinouts themselves for more information.
