Question from Franklin: I have a lethal enforcer game that will not power up. The only thing that comes on is the marquee light. I checked the power supply and the 5v is testing @ 4.2 and the 12v test at 9.0 and the -5v test at -3.5. would that keep it from powering up. I pluged the board into one of my other games and it worked. So i don’t belive it has anything to do with the board.
