quick question
Question from Chris: Hello,
I have a 27 inch Wells Gardner monitor with a Wells Gardner digital chassis. I bought both at different times. The picture comes up however I have 2 black bars on both sides. I tried all the adjustments I can fine and I can’t get it to fill the screen. Do you know anything I can try?

Response from Tim: There are some hidden menus you will need to access I would just contact WG yourself you can call or email them they will tell you what to do.

If you find out will you let me know we need to document how to fix that its not hard you just have to go into the hidden menu
