Question from James: Hi. I turned on my Golden Tee game with a 34″ monitor after it was sitting for a month or two and the picture started to roll top to bottom very fast. I went inside and tried adjusting the vertical hold pot on the board and I can get to stop for short time and then it starts to roll very slowly again. I go to board and just tweak it ever so slightly and it will stop for a minute then start to roll again. Is this a cap issue? Do you think if I were to replace the caps it would fix this issue? If not, where do I look on the board for the problem? Do I need to replace all the caps or just one area? I am asking what I should do to try to stop this rolling. Picture is great on the monitor. No other issues.
