Question from Kim: Hi Sir, I am glad there is someone like you who can guide newbies like me specifically with arcade stuff which happens to be my line of work presently. I am an engineer working in an amusement in Kuwait. I am having problem with one of our game monitor (virtual striker 4; sanwa 29e31s). It has a vertical problem I believe, a visible lines comes out at the upper side after i think 15mins. I already replaced all capacitors surrounding the vertical IC but same happens. Do I need to replace the IC or am I missing something? I am hoping you could help me. I attached a video for added reference of the trouble. Thank you so much. God bless you!! Kim
