As for your question, we usually we recommend Sega Resurrection for suicide battery kits. I personally placed an order on October 2014 and Chris got back with me fairly promptly. He can be slow to ship sometimes but he’s usually very responsive via E-mail. You might try contacting him at chris@segaresurrection.com instead. You might have better luck with that address.

Now, you could contact a ROM burning service like Hobby Roms to see if they could burn you a set of the decrypted ROMs for your Enduro Racer board. JAMMArcade.net has a list of decrypted ROMs for Sega games including Enduro Racer. You might check to see if these images would work with your board specifically. If not, the guys at Hobby Roms might be able to help you locate some that will work.

Otherwise, you could try contacting one of the people under the Board (PCB) Repair & Component Sales heading on our resources page. Hopefully one these people can help you put together a resurrection kit for your Enduro Racer board.
