Question from Chris: Hello, my name is Chris. I recently moved to Richardson, TX and was gifted a Ms. Pac Man cocktail machine from my fiancée’s parents. They haven’t turned the machine on since 2013 and since moving it into our home my fiancée and I have discovered it is not working properly. I am desperately trying to find someone to help us repair our machine. I noticed cowboys gear in your YouTube video followed by the 972 area code in your contact information. Do you guys possibly do service calls? We would be happy to pay just to have someone take a look and we would greatly appreciate any help we can get. If you do not do service calls could you possibly refer me to somebody in the Dallas area who does? Thank you very much for your time. Chris

Thank you for contacting us. Our main goal here at Arcade Repair Tips is to help people repair their own games. As such, we are not currently taking service calls at this time but we would be glad to help you with any questions you may have about your game.
If you are just looking for someone to come out and repair your game for you, your best bet would be to go to the DFW Pinball & Arcade Club and post on their Facebook page to see if someone will help you out. We know a lot of the guys on that group. Most of them are very reputable and will be glad to help you out with your Ms. Pac Man cocktail machine. Joining the group will also help connect you with other collectors in the area. Please let us know if you have any problems finding someone and we’ll try to help you out further.
