Looks like you have a Wells Gardner K4600 monitor in your Stargate machine that’s having some sync issues. On the K4600, transistors TR201-TR203, TR210, and TR308 have been known to cause sync issues like this when they go bad. Make sure that you check these transistors and replace them as needed. Capacitor C315 can also cause sync issues if it’s not working properly. We would also recommend checking to make sure that the sync wire coming from the game board is only hooked up to pin 3 on the monitor input connector. Sometimes people will jumper pins 2 & 3 for the sync which is incorrect on this particular model.
