Unfortunately we don’t know much about the System Board Y2 except what can be found on Arcade Otaku. From that information, it doesn’t look like it has a suicide battery so you should be clear on that. Some of the best practices for keeping any board running are to make sure that the voltage is correct and that you have adequate cooling in your cabinet. If the voltage being sent to your board is just a bit too high for an extended period of time it can cause damage to your board. Of course, heat and dust can also cause problems so keep your cabinet cool and clean for best results. Hope that helps.
